Caravan Packers and Movers
Goods damaged

Hi,

I have shifted my goods from Pune to Hyderabad through some packers & movers (Caravan) they did lot of damage, unfortunately I didn't do any insurance of goods. but I am asking to them that during unloading they did damage and didn't care of my goods so they have to pay of all damage, they reply we don't responsible for that.

Can i charge a case against them in consumer court.

Please help me.
