I have transported my goods from Noida to Bangalore on Apr - 18th. Received goods on 26th April. During this transportation, they have broken my inverter battery. We have complaint regarding this on the same day of my goods arrival. We have paid for the insurance during transportation. But we havn t received any updates from them regarding this insurance claim.
Their customer service is very poor. We are not receiving proper reply from them
