Sub.: NOTICE FOR REFUSAL OF PROVIDING OF BREAK DOWN SERVICE

Membership No. O—44843 (valid from 21.02.07 to 20.04.08) and subsequently advance

renewed up to 20.04.09 by making payment on 09.01.08

Dear Sir,

Please take following notice:-

1) I am member of your breakdown service vide above membership.

2) Today in the morning at about 0930 Hrs when your customer care rep was contacted over phone, he categorically refused to provide the service stating that the membership no. stated above had expired.

3) That all the details of the payments made were given, but he said that unless the Manager Ms. Harleen Kaur, who reports for duty at 1000 Hrs kaur comes to office, nothing could be done.

4) I again spoke to the Manager Ms Harleen kaur, who picked up the phone at 1030 Hrs, confirmed my membership validity upto 20.04.09. But refused to provide sevice for the deflated tyre at a location 5 Km away from my residence.

Take notice why legal action not be initiated against you at your risk and cost for refusing to provide the breakdown service for which you had taken the advance payment.
