I have made a payment of Rs 16523/- by icici nbank cheque and deposited in your office on before date in the month of May first week against bill of 21-4. In response to your call, I have made a cash payment of Rs 830/- on 20th May saying that the payment was not made. That month a penalty of Rs 350 also charged against my card. The next month I have made a payment of Rs 20398/- which include Rs 16523/- and payment has already been withdrawn from my account. In the month of September the payment of Rs 16523/- again withdrawn from my account which may please be credited to my account alongwith penalty charges of Rs 350/-.
