i am customer of Airtel. but from last one week my number becomes idle. Airtel is not responding to my problems. they are neglecting my mails which i have sent them directly. but still problem is same. three times i took duplicate sim card. but problem is same. sir please look into the matter and solve as early possible. i lost more than Rs.15000 because of Airtel . please do some thing sir.

this is very sad to say that i have appriciated Airtel Service in earlier
message. because my number 9902728524 becomes idle (Invalid Sim Card) from
Saturday 3PM onwards. Airtel Customer executives promised me that above
problems won't happen in future. but after re-activation of duplicate sim card
which i took on 27.05.2010 it was disconnected on 29.05.2010. what a service
Airtel is giving to its customers. every company wants to satisfy their
customers. but Airtel wants to give Trouble to its customers.
i took three times duplicate sim card. its number is
first sim they have not returned to me.

i don't have patience and time and even money to pay every time for duplicate
sim card. from last one week (from 25.05.2010) onwards i am only engaged in
Above problems. Every day i am going to Airtel Local office and taking
Duplicate sim card and mailing to Airtel. then what about my Job? i am on
leave from last one week. i lost one week salary or more because of Airtel.
i am doing part time business of collecting parcels from different institutions
and delivering it to concerned authorities. but i lost all my business because
dealers are telling that every time your number is switched off. so we have
cancelled your agreement and you should pay our compansation Rs.15000. because
i could not able to collect their parcel in time and cant able to concerned
parties in time. they have deducted it from my initial deposit.
i have paid more than Rs.1000 for transportation to come Airtel Office situated
in Manipal.
i fear that i will loose my job too. because from last one week i have not
attended for duty. i have many family problems. i have to look after my family.
if i will loose both then what shall i do? Please tell me.
who will pay my money back. who will give back my part time business (Pacell
business).
sir, airtel is cheating their customers. i have suffered by many problems
because of airtel's action. i don't know why they are giving unnecessary
trouble to me. i lost more than Rs. 20000. who is responsible for this.
Amit sir, please ask to Airtel to give answer for above questions. other wise i
am going to publish above things in all newspapers. i have confident on you sir.

as per your direction i took Duplicate sim card from Airtel Local office (
Manipal, Karnataka) by paying Rs.50 for sim and Rs.2 for Xerox on 28.05.2010.
Now it is activated. please confirm and reimberse the maximum amount that you
can. please avoid such kind of mistakes. because i lost my precious time and
amount too also.
