No response for submission of job form

Sir, I bought the career first kit around eight month back or had already been sent my job application to career first office around 4 month back.i have given all detail of my contact no. or email but they people are not respond to me yet. I just want to make sure my self that the job form has been reached at career first office or not. I called at cust. service no. but they people are just given a verbally assurance or some time not. I ordered from my no. 91 9855409644 which is already been closed & my new no. is 91 87506-14384 which i request to update in their records for any future call reference but they people always asked for old no. Y don't they people update my no.?

Please sir however it was not too costly but something imported for me.
