Unauthorized passengers in reserved compartment

Yesterday, 21 August I travelled by Hyderabad Express from Chennai to Nellore by reserved coach S7. There were two passengers who got in and slept on the upper berth even before the train started. The TTE came and checked our tickets but ignored those two persons sleeping on the upper berths. When we reached Sullurpet, more than thirty passengers came into the coach and demanded the passengers to move and give them space to sit. The coach became so congested that moving around was not easy. The TTE was not bothered at all. From some other passengers, I came to know that unauthorized passengers are a regular feature in this train.

While this is causing a lot of inconvenience to passengers with reservation, it is also a security hazard because with such crowded coaches, evacuation becomes difficult in an emergency. I wish the railways take action against those who allow this to occur.
