Car insured by iffco-tokio general, insurance.co.ltd
My car insured declared value is 95000/- car was total loss but company say that they give me 60000/- not IDV value

I bought a car insurence policy by IFFCO-TOKIO GENRAL INSURENCE CO.LTD on 22/feb. my car insured declared value by company 95000/- . At 21/sep/ 2008 my car was accident & i regesterd my claim to them, my car no is DL6CA & Claim no is 1-1BHSA8. After that, I GET A SERVIOR ON 23sep2008 .he servey my car n demand to me esstimate of damege.i give that, after see that esstimate he decilered my car total loss. On 10/nov. a call came to me from servoir he said me that you get only 60000/ against your car. Iask him why, he said me that we shall give you payment of your total loss car against market value, not on insured declared value of 95000/(when i bought policy). so i m not aggired on that 60000/ value. bceouse i pay premium regard to insurence my car (IDV VALUE OF 95000/.)

What can i do to get my full IDV payment of 95000/ after total loss of my car.

this is my complain against iffco-tokio gernal insurence co.ltd.
