Privacy Violation

I am the administrative assistant for a large physician group. One of our physicians discovered that Carion listed her home address and phone number (both unlisted) on their website. The website also indicated she was affiliated with physicians groups with which she had no connection.

We then discovered that 15 of our physicians were listed on the site, without our permission or knowledge - also using their private home addresses and phone numbers. Via email we demanded that Carion delete all of our poviders from their site and asked where they accesses their information. They would not divulge their resources so we are at a loss as to how they obtained private information.
