I am having my own house in co operative housing society & leaving since 25years. I am parking my car near my compound wall since 10 years as there is not enough space in the compound. In society between two houses there is a 25feet open road. Our opposite neighbours had done illegal construction & now the road beacome only 16 feet instaed of 25feet. Since couple of years one of our opposite neighbour is parking his vehical near our compound wall even though there is 16feet road & harresting us for parking our own car near our compound wall. In our society there is no rules formed for parking a vehical. Everbody park their vehical near their home by mutual understanding. Can i know in such situation what should be the further step to overcome this day to day harresment? What are the laws for car parking in cooperative housing society? In our society there is no space for official parking. We only have common plot.
