I have purchased the Split AC of Carrier Aircon on 27th March only. Since begining I am facing cooling problem.
I have compaint record from May only, as ealrier I have not maintained the record for caling to the dealer.

Pls note that after so many reminders. My Air condition is not working properly as compare to other low range Air condition.
As advised by dealer I put tempeture 20, fan speed High, even though after continues for 5 to 6 hours in night hours room temprature is not comfortable
I spoke to many times to his dealer owner& engineer, & they agreed that flow of the Air condition is not proper, even though they are not serios about this complain.
Pls note that I am very frustrated & mentally harnessed since I have
installed this AC at my residence.
I urge you kindly arrange for full amount of refund including installation charges from Company /dealer, as I am not interested to continue / use this brand AC & even I am not going to advised to other for install this hopless Air condition.
Hope you can consider the same as a serious issue & you are in a
position to make out the customer solution in a positive manner at the
earliest.
