On 6th sep'09 at around 4.00pm, i was unable to start my car and my car was parked in Sarojoni nagar market (NDMC parking). I gave a call to race car helpline and entered my complian and they ensured me a call back with the mechanic details. 20mins passed no response from anybody. Again i gave a call and provided my car & membership details and the person ensured me a call back with mechanic details. i waited for around 15mins no response. I called up again and i provided my memebership/car details and then the person over the phone says their mechanic is busy and he will come to me after he finishes his work. The whole drama went for an hour and finally i managed with a local mechanic and got the problem rectified.
I had many bad experiences with race car service and i would like to know the process for getting back my membership fee.
race car services are not at all upto the mark for customer satistifaction.
