Dear Sir,
I have bought a Maruti-800 (TN-09-R-9236) car from Cars India Ltd, LB Road, Adyar, Chennai’s Maruti True Value outlet on 23.07.2008. The Car has been told of Air conditioned model And they sold the same CAR to me for Rs1, 12, 000/-. Now I have taken my CAR for exchange, it has been told by the inspectors at the showrooms that my Car is equipped with a fitted A/C and it is not a A/C model at all. I have also confirmed it with some A/C mechanics also. This reason significantly reduces the exchange value of my car. During the sale, the sales persons at CARS India Adyar Truevalue outlet never told the truth about this fitted A/C and sold the car as a company equipped A/C unit. The sales persons also gave me a plenty of assurances such that we will give you six months of full warranty and etc but never kept them after sale.
I have gone to the Maruti True Value outlet by learning it from Maruti True Value website. In the web site there are several assurances given about the cars sold at Maruti True Value. But in reality nothing has been done as per the word given in the True value website, despite of my repeated requests no Truevalue Certificate given, no user manual given and no proof of warranty given as they assured for six months warranty, but in all of this the car itself has been sold as a company equipped A/C car as it is not a company equipped A/C car.
While given for exchange a standard model M800 car fitted with A/C has been considered as a standard model only, A/C will be considered as an extra fitting by the Maruti Suzuki India Ltd itself. But their authorized used car Truevalue outlet persons at CARS India Chennai never informed me about the fitted A/C and sold the car for a higher price like a company equipped A/C model car.
I hereby request you to take necessary step against CARS India Maruti Truevalue outlet, LB Road, Adyar, Chennai for selling me a undervalue car to a higher rate by hiding the truths.
