TL said to me donot come on duty

I joined the co. last 15 days TL said to me complete ur monthly target with in a week till now i have product training so req for this and ask for more time so he said do not come for salary and never marked ur attendence again i repote it to my manager he replied that TL wording is my wording so follow him u can do ur job without marking attendence
