Getting bills and harassing even card closed on 24.09.2007

Dear sir,

I am very very unhappy of HSBC services. I have closed my card no

4476 9212 0274 6172 on 24.09.07. I am getting bills for which I have given complaint to close the a/c in HSBC system bearing complaint case no.4094689. Still it in not closed and unnecessarily getting phone calls and bills. I never faced like this worst services...

still they are not closing.

I feel that there is no other way to go to the ombudsman or case against HSBC and staff leagally. Never opt for HSBC card throughout our life time...
