They have requested me to my name, age, telephone, address and email for the purpose of claiming the prize. I would request you to kindly confirm the sanctity of this message. The message has come from LM-BT-UK on 21-05 at 02:06:50 hours.

Kindly confirm if the message is factually correct, and if a case so, please suggest how to move forward to take an action in favour/against such message.
