They are not good. They are not professional. They employ street side labour to complete the job. I gave the order only after taking commitment for Cot re-fitting. But my Cot is not re-fitted. I gave them a job to shift my house hold articles from Bangalore to chennai. For every small work, they ask extra money. e.g. you are shifting to first floor flat. You have washing machine point in the terrace, just next floor. They demand extra money for that!!!
At Bangalore:
The packing was not good enough. They use that brown color plaster which is directly used on the articles which later sticks to them and spoils the look. The guy who prepares the bill hurried me to pay before the loading completed. He says he has to catch another customer's work.
He has taken 14, 000/- out of 15, 000/- and receipt was given. He asked me to pay the remaining 1000/- to driver after unloading.
At Chennai:
The truck came with driver and two labour workers. They are street side labour brought by driver. They are very unpolite and unskilled in shifting the items. During the unloading when deewan was scratched to staircase they say that it is very usual thing and should not care this kind & he says this kind of things are common. If you ask them to be careful, they threaten to leave work in the middle and leave the place.
Before the last item (washing machine) is unloaded, the driver said he will unload only after paying the remaining 1000/-. After bringing the Castle guys on phone, i managed the last article to be brought into house. Now, they say cot fitting is unknown to them. They simply told they need to money and they want to leave. When i call Castle guys, they talk in favor of the driver & labor. The Castle guys suggested me to call JustDial to employ a carpenter. If i can do those things seperately what is the need of calling Packers & Movers? They promised me that they will take care of everything. After receiving money, they started telling stories that the cot is complex and latest. Finally, they did not fit the cot. I deducted 500/- for carpenter charges. Now, i have to find a carpenter.
My washing machine point was on terrace. The labor said they want extra charge to keep it in second floor!!! If you call Castle guys, they dont pick your phone if there is any issue. That is height of the service.

Dont use brown plaster directly on the articles.
All items shoud be wrapped or put into cotton boxes and plastered.
Dont pay more than 70% of the total. If you pay more than 70%, then they leave it to the driver for unloading. The packers & movers staff wont come. The driver will come with local labor!!
Never pay complete money until the last thing is finished. Dont believe the staff, drivers & management when speak smoothly & softly. You will see their actual face when the money is given.
The management speaks in favour of the labor and driver when money is given.
Take more than 2 or 3 phone numbers because in case of issue, they dont pick the call. You will atleast have choice to call other numbers. Ofcourse, the numbers can be changed easily to mislead new customers and numbers given in review.
