Status of my PF settlement

Dear Sir/Madam

I had worked for Catalytic Software Ltd Hyderabad for 2.1 years and my PF No: AP/43181/340. I have submitted my PF claim forms (Form 19 and Form 10 C), 5 months back to the Catalytic Office. PF settlement will normally be after 45 days from the date of submission of forms to PF office, now it is 5 months over, but I haven't received any note on my PF claim so far.

I would be greatful, if you could let me know the status of my PF settlement.

Can you please let me know the status of my claim and also process the Refund at the earliest possible. It seems like my office people have not put my pf to the epf office. Please do the needful.
