IT refund not recived even after 2 years

Hi,

I am supposed to get Income tax of rs 14400 for the finanicial year 2008.I filed the returns on 2008 itself..My PAN number is AMBPK3304N.Its been alreday 2 years naerly. So please refund the amount.
