I am 55 yrs old women, i had bought 3 tickets for Mumbai to HongKong (return) for myself and my children on special fare offer provided by the company at Rs.17500/- which can be utilized before 31st March and was valid for the period of 90 days.
I board my flight on 30th March for Hong Kong and now when i am willing to come back to mumbai from hong kong they are saying that yours is the special class which is full.
when i asked them to accomodate me in some other class and charge me the difference amount, they refused and said this cannot be done as its against rule and are asking to buy a new ticket.
I dont know what to do now, i cant afford to buy a whole new ticket, they could have cleared it earlier in clear words to the layman.
kindly help me. what can i do and how can i sue the company.
I would like to sue company for the Harrasment and Mental torchure caused to me and to my family and even a sue for FRAUD as these is something a middle class people can never afford.
please help...!!!
