Non receipt of migration certificate

My son wants a migration certificate. he has passed class X and now wants to change from cbse board

i have sent a demand draft in favour of SECRETARY CBSE AJMER OF RS 100 dated 13.06.2009 number "993395". My son studied in a school which comes under Ajmer region.

they have not dispatched the certificate till date due to which admission in a school is not possible.

we are bearing a lot of problems due to this late response

please look into the matter and suggest a way out The DD has been received at Ajmer I have gone personally there but they are not dispatching the certificate. my address is given below:
