Lost 10th marksheet of year 97

Respected sir/mam

I Kulvinder Singh have passed my 10th in year 1997. I have lost my 10th marksheet. I will be greatful to you, if you issue me a new marksheet. I need it urgently i have to present it as a very important document. Iwill be very thankful to you for my help . please do something about my problem.
