Dear All the Idea Family.
This mail ios again a continuation of one of my complaints which i posted on 12-09.
its realy good that my problem was rectified thge same day however today after the complition of 45 days i received an sms
Dear Customer
Your number is suspended due to Non Submission of Documents. Please contact my idea to enjoy uninterrupted services.
How nice it is to see such a sms after sucha long time.
Anyways just after receiving this sms i contacted a idea care at Lajpat Nagar and met Mr. Nikhil, i delivered the full complaint which i posted last time he keeping himself in my shoes understood my pain and helped me to get my number started.
He also made calls to the girl name Sherya whom is mentioned in my last mail, this is the girl who sold me the sim and from that day till today i have a very bad image of idea, " as said a single rotten apple spoils the whole lot" the same is the case here. Well Nikhil helped me and contact the head from that unit in chandni chowk where the girl Sherya is working thay also did not listen to him and disconnected the call highly rediculous is'nt, well i again received a cvall from the same unit and this time the caller was Prashant - 97185 96591 he told me that sir your Docs are not submitted hights it is write Idea Family but who cares let the customers face problems. Dear i simply request you all to please get my number started AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (ASAP) and please take some action towards that unit where that girl and such employees are working who rather cares to submitt the docs of the customers.
PLease i am really facing a big problem as once again my clients are unable to reach me.
Please keep urself into my shoes and look for my problems please i will oblised.
Again sorry to say but i m left with no other this i.e., file a case at consumer forum for the poor commitment and cheating me.
I really don't want as i really respect the entire Idea Family.
Hope you all take care of this and please help me to get my number activated soon.

I am realy thankfull to Nikhil - 9911110097 he is really helpful and he is first person i have met in the entire Idea family who keeps himself in the customer shoes and listen to there problems and also try to help them again Thanks to him.
