My office deposited by BSNL CellOne Mobile No. 9415134034 Nov. bill on 22.11.08, a little late i.e after due date of 17.11.08 but within the date given in the SMS alert.. BSNL gave me a SMS alert that my bill amount has been received by them in the /ac no 128029090 on 24.11.08; but my outgoing calls were deactivated on 24.11.08 and despite of lodging complaint on BSNL customer care no. 9400024365, (complaint no. K255059820 dated 25.11.08), this has not been rectified.
I am facing a lot of problem because of this nwarranted blockade of outgoing call. Please clear it immediately, or else I will go to consumer court that the services have not been restored to me even after 4 days of depositing the bill.
