Cell One Plan-123(NOKIA-1108)
Non functioning of Travel Information Option & Delay in Availability of Monthly Bills

Sir, My Cell No is 9441238148. I Have Plan -123 connection. The options under cellone menu like Travel information are not functioning. The matter has been reported to Visakhapatnam Exchange, but no action has been initiated till date.

More over, there is abnormal delay in getting monthly bills by Post. Even we are not getting information regularly well in advance of payment date by SMS or even the bills are not available in NET till 10th-11th of every month, though the bill date is 5th of every month.

Please look into the matter.
