Low gprs speed and wrong bill

This is harshad kulkarni. i m cellone postpaid custmer (9422860806). when i send msg " AMT" to 53333 the displayed my ussage ad rs. 930 which is not possible as in my plan their is free unlimited gprs (whose speed is also only 2 kbps) and free bsnl to bsnl calls and sms. i hardly made calls to other network of 90 mins (call rate is 0.40/60 sec). i have taken conection 15 days before only. i investigated this matter to costomer care and also to nearly bsnl office but they have no details. plz suggest me what must i do?
