Bad experience with bmtc bus conductor Bus No KA01 - FA-=362 #401P first day of on New yea

Wish you all Happy New Year.

Unfortunatly i had bad experience with one of the bmtc bus conductor Bus No KA01 - FA-=362 #401P aroung 4:pm on firsr day of new year (1-1).s conductor

I applied for New monthly pass and for BMTC montly commuter pass id card also .i paid Rs100/- for id card ..(recipt no 405404), in Mejestic, becasue of huge crowd, One of BMTC official said, reciept has 10 days validy to take photo id card..any time with in official hours, they can take their card.and any conductor can allow pass by showing this reciept along with monthly pass.(i taken Rs 600/-).

As i started from vijaynagar to kengeri, But as like said above one conductor is stopped the bus and forcefully get down me from the bus..i am trying to convince him but he is not listeng my words.and insulted me with bad words.

I already lodged complaint and no=264 in call center.

Kindly take action againt him at the earliest... he is not supposed to do with others like that.i hope BMTC official will take an action againt such people.and serve the public polietly..
