Delay in issue of Passport

Dear Sir

I am a Government sevant and working in Central Pollution Control Board. I have applied for renewal of my passport. My passport file number is LKOG000009608. Till today neither I have recieved my passport nor any communication regarding the same. Kindly advise what next I have to do.
