Here is the letter I send to them
Dear Sir/Madam,
We had taken Tataindicom Broadband connection on 29-Jan-07. We opted for "Quick Power-720" by paying upfront Rs.6877/-. We were promised to get a speed of minimum 256KBPS and Maximum 2 MBPS but right from the day one we are getting a maximum of 156 KBPS only.
I lodged a complain on 30-Jan-07 (number: 4797296) and promised to get a resolution within 24 hours but I did not get any reply till date.
I contacted the sales person who had cheated us by not telling the truth behind TATAINDICOM broadband and he advised me lodge another complain. I did that on 31-Jan-07 (number:4810380) but again fruitless... not even a single response.
I called up to customer care and they told me a beautiful story of cable cut...(We are using another connection also from Airtel but they never told us the story and their line is giving a speed of 240 KBPS on 256 KBPS connection.)
We are business organization and our business is completely online. We can not afford such a long slowdown... And this is right from the first day.
To put it very simple, we want what we have paid for.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and either provide us a 2MBPS speed or give our money back.
