I have already complain at Online Core Centre on 18-10 and on 10-01 (Complaint ID : 24658) but found no reply till date. I am facing a difficult problem due to the statement providing by the Credit Card Company. I hold a Miracle Credit Card (Centurion Bank) Card No. 4443 4100 3366 2006 for the last 1-year and used several times in needs, although I am not habituated of credit cards and I rarely use it. During last 8-9 month I am facing a problem due to the bill process by the organization. Whenever I give the cheques behalf of what I purchased, the cheque which I used to drop at SKYPAK drop box (the next day of the arrival of statement), they used to dump at their kolkata office. This is not fair that what I purchased in Jamshedpur and have to pay the bill at Kolkata Office. Due to this activity the cheque's not reach in time resulting the unnecessary charges like Outstation charges followed by late payment fee with all interests and service tax in the statement. I have already contacted and complained with their local representative named Mr. Harinder several times but no use. He advised me not to pay that extra amount. I have also complained to their help desk but no use. They asked me to pay the whole amount. Yesterday I received a statement having due of Rs. 3250/-. I contacted the help desk and as well as their local representative but no satisfactory answers given by them. I have already paid the amount which i used to purchased but not a single extra amount. They used to send me the statement every month with all the charges. Due to this act I am mentally upset and harassed. Kindly help me.
