I have a saving account with Centurion Bank of Punjab since I had two problems with the bank which is not consideration to my repeated email and written complaints.
First one, I have changed my mobile number one & half year before and requested the Melvisharam bank for up-gradation of my mobile banking to my new number. I'm complaining this for the past 18 months and no actions were taken related to this.
The second one is my online banking for money transaction is blocked since the newly up-gradated service of CBOP, again, I mailed to the branch manager and he is telling he is not responsible for this and gave a written complaint on 24th April. So far no action were taken to solve my case.
I just seen your online consumer complaints and believe in confidence that your intervene will assist me from this deaf eared bank.
