FDR instalment unpaid after 15.12.2007

Please refer FDR No. C 2401000010 amounting to Rs 25000 dated 08.02.1999. The payment as per CLB order No. 07.02.2007 has not been recieved after 15.12.2007. The next instalment was due on 31.12.2008 amounting to Rs. 3000. May I expect that the same be checked and intimated to me at the earliest.
