NON-DELIVERY OF TEAK TREE AFTER PROMISED 15 YEARS

My (now late) father-in-law had invested (in favour of his grandson i.e my son - Nishad Matange, then 12 years old) Indian Rupees - (Two Thousand Only) with M/S Chaitnya Plantations Limited, 8 Swaroop Complex, Karve Road, Opp Aditya Hotel, Pune 411 004, under their scheme "TEAK SAPLING". The application number is 026 3386, & the Sale Certificate Number is 1646, dated 31 July 1992.

As per the scheme, after 15 years (i.e on 31 July), the holder (Nishad Matange) was to be entitled to receiving the TRUNK OF THE TREE bearing distinctive number of the certificate.

However, NOTHING WHATSOEVER has been heard from the company. All efforts to write to them, call them up etc have been UN-SUCCESSFUL.

Kindly guide if there have been similar complaints against this company, & whether there is any method by which to get our money back?
