Change of plan
Change of plan from Rs. 998/- to Rs. 999

Dear Sir,

I have taken a plan of rs. 998/- in the month of May one year back. now i have again received a bill of rs. 1417.84 in the month of June (including the advance rental of Rs. 998/-). but sir now i am not interested in this plan due to the following reasons.

1. When i had taken this bill plan the call charges are different but now the call charges are less as compared to the previous one.

2. Now my usage is not too much

so you are requested to please provide me a new plan of Rs. 999/- for three years

i have already spoken to your customer care executive ref. no. 699760137 but they are not able to help me.

You are requested to make this as early as possible so that i can pay Rs. 999/- and continue with the same number
