Dear Sir/Madam,
This is for the inconvenience i have been facing with the vodafone store in Thane (W) next to Malhar Cinema House.
I have been made to continously visit their office for incomplete documents;
26.09.09 - Visited the store first time to change my few numbers into small corporate plan.
Ms. Rohini assisted and gave me several documents to be signed by the authority person alongwith some original copies of the authorised person.
27.09.09 - Visited the store again with the documents duly signed and attested alongwith the originals.
This time Mr. Azhar assisted me, Ms. Rohini wasnt available. I gave all the documents to him and asked him to change the numbers accordingly into small corporate plan. In reply i am told that the set of documents given to me by Ms. Rohini are not the relevant documents.
I asked for a explaination for the change in their answers, as it was given to me by their person only. I showed him the originals documents of the authorised person also but no body even cared to give me an answer. I was really very dissapointed with the behaviour of the people working out there.
30.09.09 - Again visited thane store to re-check if Ms. Rohini who had given me the wrong documents was available or not, to my surprise she was available. I asked Mr. Harish to please tranfer the documents to Ms. Rohini and let her check if the papers given from her side where correct or not.
In reply she tells me the documents are fine but i need the originals.
I have been really dissapointed with this sudden change, when i had the originals the papers where not corrrectly given to me. When the papers are right they ask for originals. Why are they misguiding us are we fools to just keep visiting them everytime.
Please help me out with these people who do not know how to assist customers properly.
