Uses properly not stop in stand

Hi

I live in mangolpuri. my basic complaint about the root No.940 services. this only a single bus in the time between 9 to 10 AM some time one bus come around 9 30 but its very rare. when we wait this bus from 9 to10 am their driver can, t stop it in the stand of E Block. how can we reach in office in the time. they not get up the public properly in the bus . the driver & conducter think that its their private property and always do wahtever they like, if they like stop it in stand then they stop it otherwise they left all the passenger in the stand.
