Subject: Voluntarily Retirement Given to me by violating rules with tyranny attitude only of the
Accountant General (A&E) Punjab, Sector 17, Chandigah.
Sir Please for human sake do not leave my request un-attended. I am 52 years old my children are studying. My daughter is suffering from serious problem and is under observation, Tests are going on. I have been given retirement in spite of repeated written and verbal request. I pleated before Mr. Ajaib Singh, A.G. He behaved very very rudely before office staff. I assumed, as I did a great blunder mistake and Accountant General giving me sentence, where as I consider myself a very very honest, polite and sincere worker of office. If courts can allow our office employees to join then why my office authorities can not. Please. Our office always takes pensioners request very seriously; please take my request too on priority basis. Sir, I never imagined that such a big decision may be taken by the authority so simply and did not bother how it may affect my and my children’s life. Do you think it a right decision of A.G. to give VRS to official who is sincerely seeking leave to attend his ailing daughter?
What I and the whole office think it a wrong, cruel decision of the Accountant General to give VRS instead of delaying with sympathetically.
I have already sent many request but till date no positive action has taken.

Respectfully prayed that I have been given voluntarily Retirement on dated 16/08 (AN) and 17-08 (FN). The date mentioned in the Notice period was 17-08. But before that on 12 Aug, I gave my request to Mr. Ishwar Chander PA to Sr DAG (Admn.) who said to take my request to DAG (pension) because there dag is on leave upto 15 Aug and their work is being seen by DAG (Pension) then I approached DAG (pension) on 12 Aug. But he too refused to take my request of withdrawing my VRS on dated 12-08, which was not considered by saying that my file is already with the A.G. moreover I was assured by the DAG (Pension) that my VRS has not been accepted by the administration due to urgent work in my charge, So it is not necessary to give application for withdrawal. Sr AO Administration Mr Mange Ram was present there and they too request to DAG (Pen) to mark my application so that I could handover to DAG (PA) but he did not mark my request of VRS withdrawal.
Then three holidays approached and I again handed over my request to the PA to D.A.G. (Admn.) on dt 16 Aug, which was duly processed with a view to withdraw VRS Notice period. I do not know what happened during this period. Dy Accountant General (Admn) who is the appointing Authority and the concerned Administration section processed my request before noon 17-08 to allow me to join by accepting my request of withdrawal of VRS and sent the file before noon to Accountant General, but was again refused on 23 or 24th August in spite of giving me full assurance by the worthy Accountant General.
I got my copy of retirement on 24 Aug that I have been given VRS on dated 16-08 (AN)
Sir. I just want to pray that I could withdraw my VRS even before 17-08 (FN) which I did, but not Now I request you to kindly allow me or direct the Accountant General to rejoin me as I am permanent Government employee and served my office with very dedication and hard work. I learned many software with my own money and time and served office. Please do me favor, Sir.
