I'm Rahul Mandal, a student of BE 3rd year I.T, I went to the chattishgarh gramin bank at jagdalpur near chandni chowk for making TDR for the first time and I don't have any idea about the procedure so I asked an employee that i need to make TDR what should I do, he then directs me towards some other employee who can help, so I went to him and asked him for the procedure for making TDR, he then called some peon and said him to give me the forms. Now I have the forms but, as the entire form is in HINDI format I was somewhat confused with the words to understand the exact meaning, so I asked the employee near me who made me available the forms to help me with the feilds, first time he neglected me so I asked him twice then he explained me a little with the first one or two lines and then he was back to something. As I was again having difficulty so I asked him again, he then rudely asked me that you people always go to banks you should be aware of the filling procedures. I said nothing and filled the form as I understood then. As soon as I'm done I asked him again where to give the forms and the cash for the TDR he instructed me rudely to the cashier. Now I'm at the cashier's counter, I forward the forms and cash to him through the window, he stared at the forms and said why did you filled so many forms as only one was needed, I replyed I was instructed by one of the employee of your department, he then spoke loudly "dont you speak more". I was worried about the TDRs so I said nothing because I want them in time. Still then I was instructed that the TDRs will be handed by may be 5 or 6 hours by now, I said ok I'll check.
So Question is if I am an educated person, have to cope somewhat like this then what would be the condition of the consumers who are uneducated and have to depend upon the bank employees for every bit of the long procedures of the banks who are unaware of everything. Help me out. Help consumers out.
