Hi,

I was having a HSBC Credit Card. Due to slowtime in my business i could not pay my dues and i asked the bank to settle my Credit Card.

Bank sent me a Settlement letter but i recieved it a month after. I paid all the EMI's but still bank saying since you were to pay in 4months you have paid in 5months. They are asking to pay 3000 INR more to take a NOC.

Please suggest
