Delay in new connection of Cylinde

Dear Sir,

My self Jagadish Pradhan i have put a complaint against MS Devi Gas Agency Because of delay in service. I have diposited the form and money on dated 05.05.2012 but still now there is no gas cylinder given to me. I am Suffering from long days. Kindly help me and do the needful.
