Hi,

I am Tony Jose. I have been trying to apply for a new gas connection for last one month. Even for the registration they took 1 month. On 4th Nov I got the letter from the gas agency and visited the agency today. They are asking me to come after 10 days saying they havent received the acknowledgement letter. When i have the letter send by them why I need to wait for the acknowledgment letter.

For 6-7 times i have visited the agency and they treat the customer very bad like dogs.. They dont give respect to the elder people and they are very Arrogant. They dont even listen you if you are speaking.. I have never seen such a irresponsible people anywhere..

I am ready to give written complaint about them. If needed i am pleased to be called on 9962066011.
