Delay Delivery

Hi,

I have booked a queen size bed on 4th dec in chellamani & co and paid the amount through my card. While paying the cash, i have clearly told them that myself and my wife will be available only after 7 Pm in a working day. They said the item will be delivered next day. But it didnt came. I waited for another day (6th dec). The item is not yet delivered from their side. WHat action can be taken againts them.
