Correction in pf registration form

Hi,

I would like to request you that we have fill up the form of employee for pf ac in which the employee is unmarried but by mistake we have mentioned married.

we would like to know what procedure we should fallow to correct the mistake.

As well as if we want to change nomination then what is procedure?
