Non completion of drainage

During the month of August maduravoyil municipal have broken the lane in our street namely 44, 1st main road. Krishna Nagar, Alapakkam, Chennai for building a new drainage line, but till date it was kept open with out attending, it was almost 10 ft deep civil work, it was fully filled with rain water and we are using only wooden board to cross that pit. Even this was informed to local counselor and other corporation officials. But no one was ready to attend/address this issue. Thats why i have opted to lodge a complaint in this forum.
