Lost of cheque

Dear sir,

I am painted introduce upon with a little matter that I am Paresh Ghosh had diposited a cheque in SBI Asansol Branch (Main) on 03-11-09 in drop box for the clearence cheque amount was of Rs12000 But due to the erespones of the bank customers are suffering problem becouse Bank had lost all the 3rd nov cheques of the customers.

So I am requesting you pleas solve this type of problem so that customer can get smooth and bater service.
