Delay in service and not avilable of spares

Dear Sir /Madam

It is my misfurtunate to being a owner of Tavera of Chevrolet (OR AS 02 3648)

I have bought my Tavera from Venus Auto Works, Bhubaneswar in April

since that period i have suffered lots.

My car has been lying at the workshop of Venus Auto works which is your Authorised dealer since 12.10.2009 for change of a spare.

But it is very sad to wrote that, your dealer is not able to avial the spare for change.

My car is lying since 15 days

Plase do something for the GOD shake so that i can get my car earliest
