Please do find the mentioned Below mail body which I am in discussion with Chevrolet UVA .

Dear Neetu Madam,

This is with due respect to the Poor Services Impart by your deemeed Automobile Company against your commitment of highest deliverance for Customer Satisfaction. Do let me enlighten the whole case which did happen to me during services.

Myself Nitin Kumar Jha did purcahse UVA from Kalyan Automobile, Agra on dated 07/07 Registration number UP80BJ2884The commitement was high at the time of selling. After one month When I moved to your Dealer then I compalined that I am facing problem in Shifting from second to third Gear, At that moment of time they only took neccesary action but problem wasn`t rectified at the same time.

Second time Because of some accident Side mirror of My vehicle got break down then even at the same time I did complaint again about the Problem in Shifting from second to third Gear But even then it was not rectified .(Invoice number 002558 dated 08/08). You will astonish to know that I was told to wait for seven days because Glass was not available with your dealer.

Then I did move again to your dealer on dated 02/11 stating the same reason (Problem in Shifting from second to third Gear) along with some other Neccesary work to get happened in my vehicle. On that day it was promised to me that I can pick up my vehicle at 5.30 pm and he told me that the setting of Clutch is not as per specification then I told him that it was done last time during service. When I reached at your service stataion at the given time then upto when nothing was done in my vehicle and then they did all the work in just one hour and gain that problem was not rectified and when i did telephonic complaint to Visheshank yadav (I hope Service manager) Contact number 9837040814 then I realised that I took wrong decison by purchasing Chevrolet Brand. Instead of solving my probelm that person was saying to me that I have Bad Driving Style.and he was using slang language against me . (Invoice number:-004118)

Now your service manager is claiming that I will have to Replace the Clutch and Gear setting and I will have to bear the cost for this, I just want to say that it happened because of Service which you delivered then why I will pay on this behalf? I want some immnediate action to be taken and at this time my vehicle is just like dead wood for me.

On 5th November at 12.37 Pm I did call to Visheshank Yadav and asked the same then he told me that he has forwarded my request to his immdiate boss and by evening I will get the Reply but even i havn`t got nay reply.

This is for your Information that I did complaint on your Customer care on 2nd november at 8.13 pm bearing Service Request number 15347but very disheatring to say that still after 3 full days working I havn`t got any satisfactory response. I have been already send a complaint copy to your Regsitered Office.

I just want to communicate one thing that only to say that you are number One can`t claim that you are number One you will have to impart service to customer as per his desire not as per your wish on being number one.
