Sir,

This is to inform you that I have purchased the Chevrolet Aveo UVA (CNG fitted) on 21st April from your authorized sales dealer Metro Chevrolet, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

This is to bring your kind notice towards the problems which has been occurred in the car from the very first day…………..

• Malfunction indicator was constantly showing on the meter. For the same I approached Metro Chevrolet’s work-shop at Vasant Kunj thrice, but it was not resolved. Then I requested to the manager Mr. Gill for the same problem, the n Mr. Gill sent someone to check the problem at my place. After that malfunction indicator stopped showing on the meter but the same problem started again right after one hour. Then again I approached to call center and they asked me to bring the car at their workshop.

• In between the above mentioned problem, car shockers got damaged without any seen reason. I went to workshop for the shocker problem, but initially they denied accepting the problem, but later on after trial they accepted the fault and found the shocker was damaged without any fault, so they kept my car for a day at workshop and changed the shockers, for which I have to spend my whole day at the workshop.

• My problem was not ended there, On Sunday 06-06-10 I was going to market with my family which was hardly 4-6 KM away from house, and my surprises had no limits when I came to know that my car was not taking shelf, then I called the call center people for the same and they sent their mechanic at the site, But this was not the end of my problems, after observation by your mechanic he told me the car engine was seized. Then the workshop crane towed away the car & in-between the petrol was also leaked on the way. After checking the problem at workshop, they told me that it’s a normal problem, and it occurs regularly. And it was a surprise to me that GM is known for quality products, but it was contrary. Car is at Metro Chevrolet’s work-shop at Vasant Kunj.

This was the whole & after all these problems I am really not agree to accept the car. I am really frustrated and disappoint with Chevrolet as I was a old customer of Maruti Suzuki where I did not face any problem in a decade, but I wanted to buy a new car which has world class facility, and I chose General Motors as the company is known for quality products.

As you can understand from all above mentioned problems that the car has manufacturing defects. I have faced so many problems with the car which has in resulted I am not able to focus on my works as I am constantly facing problem.

So It’s a humble request to acknowledge my problem and it’s a kind request you to please replace my car.
