Non reciept of voter's photo id card

Dear sir,

i wish to bring to kind notice that my id card no. is GBZ1521749, i have not received the latest voter's photo id card although a few months back an official came to my recidence and has taken my photographs and other details inspite of which i have not received the said id card till date.

i request your good office to take the note of said matter and do the needfull at the earliest.
