ATM CARD AND UNMANNERED BEHAVIOUR OF EMPLOYEES

I have an account in PNB KNIT Sultanpur branch And i can't access my ATM card, it is giving unauthorized access to me, and writing transaction declined on the slip, and In branch no one is helping, and talking with bad attitude and in unmannered way. so if any one can take action must take.
